Founded in 2019 by longtime friends Kristen Pate and Jamie McPhee, Cayenne Casting seeks to shine a spotlight on true individuals.

Coming from the film and television world, Kristen Pate specializes in talent selection and coordination. Having spent time on both sides of the camera as an actress and producer, Pate most enjoys casting female-centric projects and storytelling casting with a multicultural point of view.

With nearly 20 years as both a photo shoot producer and ad agency creative, Jamie McPhee understands the importance of diverse, multifaceted talent in today’s brand driven world. Her favorite types of casting are youth culture and athletic performance.
